Semiconductor mold rubber cleaning sheet, also known as mold cleaning film, is a rubber synthetic material specially used for cleaning semiconductor molds. It is mainly used in the plastic packaging process of epoxy resin transfer molding of semiconductor integrated circuits, semiconductor discrete devices and semiconductor optoelectronic devices.
The main function of the semiconductor mold rubber cleaning sheet is to remove resin residue, organic oxides and other contaminants generated in the mold cavity, mold surface, etc. during the continuous encapsulation process of epoxy resin. These contaminants may affect the quality of the encapsulation. Compared with traditional mold cleaning methods, the use of semiconductor mold rubber cleaning sheets can greatly shorten the cleaning time and reduce the consumption of lead frames or paper frames, thereby improving production efficiency and reducing costs.
